In 2016 Stephen walked into a CrossFit gym for the first time, having never worked out a day in his life. He was looking for a change – from being a couch potato, smoker and avid video games player to being able to keep up with his wife and 2 children and have a healthy active life. Having previously struggled with food and diets, he has learned how to have balance and use it to fuel my body. “I am amazed at how much CrossFit quickly changed my life”. Stephen’s love of CrossFit comes from its fun and encouraging community; always willing to help you achieve your fitness goals whatever your skill level. CrossFit is his passion after recently acquiring his CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1). He’s eager to learn, to share and to walk alongside you in your fitness journey!
