Bio

Mel walked into her first CrossFit gym over five years ago and was hooked before the door closed behind her. Each workout is a new chance to improve  and step outside of your comfort zone and that is something that not only drives me, but something i promote to other people.

 I am a believer that showing up, being consistent and doing your best will help you achieve your goals and improve your quality of life.
